If I could give zero starts that's what they would get. False advertising, junky products - my earrings came broken. Tried to return but have to send to China which will cost more than twice the price of the earrings. Will take this up with the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Cheap jewelry from China. Ordered Apr 25, received items May 27. Clairs jewelry should be sold at Dollar Tree. I'm sooooo disappointed that I fell for the little old lady retiring story. 😠

Cheap rubbish Jewelry. Says you can return at own cost but must use their carrier who is Chinese! Cheap tat. Was offered a refund which I took purely because I just couldn’t send items back using their courier in China from the UK. I would seriously advise to avoid.

I wouldn’t even leave one star if I didn’t have to. This place is a scam. Handmade jewelry, my foot. She must order it from Wish of Temu and resell it. I’m sorry, wish and temu are better quality than this trash. When I asked for a refund, they sent me 2 forms they say I must fill out first. First you’re scamming with cheap jewelry and now when I want to return it you’re giving me a bunch of forms that must be scanned and sent back to you??? Why scanned??? You’re just trying to beat me out of my money now. We’ll see. Maybe I’ll have my country contact yours and go to the Chinese authorities

CHEAP JUNK!!! Earring is cheap metal and broke the first time I opened the omega clip. It’s made in Korea (says so on the package!) not in the small shop she describes. SCAM!!!!!

What a scam, says she’s going out of business, says she makes all the jewellery, but the jewellery is shipped from Hong Cong! I’m still waiting to get the earrings I ordered. My advice, don’t buy from this scammer
