This website is definitely a scam! It states customer satisfaction and advise us if you are dissatisfied and we will walk you through the return process. I notified them I was not happy with my purchase and they informed me they do not accept returns. We have had five separate communications and they keep changing their story. They insisted they do not accept returns but would give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Then they told me that the shipping to China would be exorbitant and offered me a 20% refund. I asked for the shipping address so I could consult the post office and they did not provide me with one. They then offered a 30% refund instead. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and now they sent me an address in China. I asked why the package they sent me had a return address in Vernon, CA. The merchandise I received looked nothing like the ad on their website. It is cheap shiny plastic and the colors are muted. I found the same product on other websites and it states the product is made of textured resin and hand sculpted. The price was $24.99 for each sculpture and I ordered two as gifts. I would never gift them as they are inferior quality and I have bought better items at the Dollar stores. I am awaiting the outcome from my credit card company but for now the charge has been reversed and removed from my account.
