Ordered an Ireland-made birdhouse necklace ,made from a sterling silver spoon handle. Got shipment details soon after saying it had cleared customs in Ireland. 1 day later I got the product (shipped from a warehouse in Chicago) and it was a poorly molded piece of junk. Poorly put together and made out of tin or something. I contacted them and told them I expected a refund. They asked me to ship the product back. I asked for a prepaid shipping label. They said that they would 'refund me $4 UDS and that they would allow me to keep the $20 piece of crap necklace. SCAM! DO not order from them.
