Ordered something because it said "shipping 7-14 days on the website", and when I got my original confirmation email it also said "7-14 days" shipping. It has now been 6 weeks. The first tracking number said it was coming from The Netherlands; now the newest tracking number (different from the 1st one they sent me) said it came from China. Customer service is useless.

I bought a product from Centerty, which eventually arrived. I ordered another product, that "apparent" has been in Australia for 2 months now but no delivery. They roped me in. DEFINITELY A SCAM! Stay away from this crowd.

Facebook advertisement. Said the item was created in US. I ordered and now I'm getting notice my item is shipping from Belgium. What??? Made in the US and shipping from Belgium?? It's been over two weeks. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered an Ireland-made birdhouse necklace ,made from a sterling silver spoon handle. Got shipment details soon after saying it had cleared customs in Ireland. 1 day later I got the product (shipped from a warehouse in Chicago) and it was a poorly molded piece of junk. Poorly put together and made out of tin or something. I contacted them and told them I expected a refund. They asked me to ship the product back. I asked for a prepaid shipping label. They said that they would 'refund me $4 UDS and that they would allow me to keep the $20 piece of crap necklace. SCAM! DO not order from them.

Definitely a scam. no product. then fake fedex bill on my credit card. Reported. New card but I will never order a product from instagram again
