I used this once before and I received my order. My CC texted me for approval this time and I said ok. I watched the charge show up on my CC website and it looked ok. The site kept trying to trick me into buying more items by leading me to believe my order was not complete unless I order other items but that is not the case. My initial order price showed up on my CC while the website was trying to convince me I was still in the order phase or sequence was not complete. So, yes a hassle, but I like the product and I think the purchase went through.
