SERVICE IS NONEXISTANT. DON'T TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING, YOU CAN'T!!!DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. TOOK A MONTH TO RECEIVE AN ITEM AND THEY WON'T PROVIDE AN ADDRESS TO RETURN IT. JUST DON'T GOMTHERE!!

It all started with an email from my credit card company that my pin was entered incorrectly on the campxplorer website. I had realized I made a typo, so I reentered the pin correctly. What I didn't know was that campxplorer had already placed an order on the first try at entering the pin, withouot authorization to charge my card. No confirmation emails or texts appeared from campxplorer. When the two charges appeared on my credit card, I called the CC company to debit one of the amounts, which they did.They agreed to contact the vendor, which they have done several times. Then the first order showed up. Instead of being a cable cashmere and denim-trimmed sweater, it was a polyester and spandex pullover. It's been a couple of weeks now, with emails from the vendor saying they received my requests for how to return my two items. What was lacking was the info on how to do it. The return address on the packages, when looked up on Realtor.com, came back to an empty warehouse in S. El Monte, CA. Someone should investigate and process these criminals! I'd give a rating of -10, but the least it will let me do is 1. :-(

They won’t let me cancel an order that has not even shipped yet. They keep asking me why I want to cancel, and saying their items are high quality and in-demand. They’ve even offered 20% off my next purchase if I don’t cancel. I’ve asked three times now to cancel. If I don’t see the charge reversed, I will dispute it with my bank. Shady!!!!!!!

Purchase received but poor quality. Non of the customer service links work. Offer returns but you cannot reach anyone.

My email to Campxplorer: “For the record, the horse head wreaths arrived — one on 12/26/25 and one on 12/26/25 — both more than 28 days after the order was placed, after Christmas. Do not bother sending another form letter deflecting the delay on shipping control problems. Coming directly from China to me, there was no way the order was going to be delivered before Christmas. You should have noted in your advertisement that the item may not arrive before Christmas. You did not, because you knew many people would not have placed an order.”

I guess I’m lucky in that the merchandise was received and was acceptable. Maybe because I used PayPal to place the order, they knew that my money could be refunded. I could still request a refund through PayPal since the order came late, but it is not worth the trouble. Lesson learned.

Do not order anything that pops up on your phone that looks like it is coming from a company in the United States unless it is verified. And even then, check out the company first.

The payment was taken out instantly for my order. Unfortunately no tracking number, no updates and delivery information. When I tried to track my order on the website, it asked for my email address and Order ID. There was no clear order ID on the order acknowledgement. Anyway when I entered a supposed Order ID it just gave me details of the order and no tracking info. This is certainly a scam.
