Same issues, shows unpaid on the site. Tracking number sent that does not check out. Not worth it.

This company is drop-shipping counterfeit items from China. When you ask for tracking, they send a link to an error page. Then when you ask for a refund, they send a link to a logistics company from China. After a month, it will show that it has been delivered when it has not. Now they tell me they have "applied" for me to get a refund. They're the ones took my money so not sure to whom they are "applying" for a refund. Had to contact my credit card company so they can take care of it.

Ordered a weekender bag and a set of pouches, the tracking said they were delivered, but I never received the items. They promised to refund, but I didn’t received the refund either. Finally I contacted my credit card company to dispute!!!! So Do not, I repeat DO NOT, order from this website! One word: HEADACHE!

I ordered a $54 sweatshirt from a website called Lady Camille (ladycamille.com) and received a cheap, knockoff version that looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised. It’s clearly fake — the quality is awful, the design doesn’t match the photos, and it’s a far cry from what any reputable brand would ship. When I contacted them to return it, they refused to cover the cost of shipping it back to China (which would be over $25 from the U.S.). Instead, they offered me a 30% refund if I just kept the garbage item — a tactic I now realize is part of their scammy playbook. This is clearly designed to make it financially impossible for customers to get their full money back. I fought back and they agreed to refund me more but still I lost money. I’ve since found reviews from other customers describing the exact same experience. This company is operating deceptively, and I strongly suspect they’re running a bait-and-switch scam at scale. They should be flagged, shut down, or at the very least investigated for false advertising and unfair return policies. I’m submitting this report to protect other shoppers from falling for the same trick.

This company is a SCAM! They send a fake tracking number the claim that your item was delivered. If you ask for a refund they send you $0.0 don't order from them!

I received a dress completely different then the one I ordered. They will not respond to any of my emails. Totally a scam.

I’m pretty sure I was scammed. Can’t get a tracking number. I should have known better. Wanted this particular item so bad that I ignored certain things. This WILL NOT happen to me again.

I placed an order for a sweatshirt and I never got it. The tracking information was all over the place and they said it was delivered but it never was. They claimed that the delivery company had no proof of the delivery so they were going to give me a refund.. that was days ago and I I got on my statement was an amount for $0.0 They are hard to get a hold of and not very helpful... Never again!

Total scam, address is in Texas as well as customer service telephone number. Yet items come from China. They sent me the wrong items, with no tags. Not even sure the items are new. When I tried to call customer service for 5 days it is busy. Customer service email wants me to pay to return the items to China.,
