I signed up for a trial that was supposed to last until October 27, but they took payment from my account before the trial even ended. That’s not right. A company shouldn't charge money before the trial period is over. I was really let down, especially since the app only lets you delete your account and not cancel the subscription the right way. They also promised to send an email or text before the trial ended, but I never got any notification. I believed that promise, so this was really frustrating. I hope they fix their communication and make it easier for customers to manage subscriptions, so no one gets charged before their trial is done.
