I have coeliac disease and purchased the digital book because I do not like commercial gluten free bread and was not having much success with baking my own. The “method” is a scam. The recipes look ok, but you won’t get results like their photos and videos. They are fake - or they are of gluten-containing bread, because no gluten free flour blend gives either that white bread colour or the structure depicted. Avoid.
