Being generous with a 1. Through tik tok I was led to their link totally unknowingly (it was a post by another individual who sells on tik tok). October 1st I ordered three mini plush squish mallow advent calendars - pictures were posted and descriptions said the box contained 24 - 2.5” mini squish mallows. They were offering a good discount on the items. I thought they’d be perfect for my grandkids. Shipping showed 5-10 days. But the charges on my credit card were to DGYUEP12XLS 13243810390 HKG… my first red flag and the confirmation email was from binxte. I wanted to stop payment on my CC immediately but my husband said to wait… mistake! I waited a week, the charges were cleared and I had no shipping confirmation information. I reached out and received a message they had a large demand and would be delayed. I waited another week and still no tracking and reached out saying since they had my money I expected tracking information or a refund. They responded that the order was in process and shipping was coming. I finally received a website for tracking that came from overseas and was unclear if timing. One month after the order was made and numerous emails between us with me asking for a full refund because of the long delay and to cancel the order…. The items arrived October 29. Well - not the items described on their site or what I ordered and paid for. I received 3 sets of an advent calendar which had 24 - 1” hard rubber (similar to erasers) figures… not appropriate or safe for young kids, and not what I ordered, bait and switch. I reached out and complained asking to return the items and get a refund. They responded that they needed details of the concern and pictures if the shipping labels. I responded with plenty of details along with pictures from their website if my order placed, and their website statements if 100% satisfaction guaranteed, full refund and money back guarantee… all from their site, as well as the packaging they asked for, and pictures of the items received. They responded they’d offer 25% refund. I declined and again stated I wanted full refund and they key for return shipping. They responded 50% refund or I could pay over $25 for return shipping and they would refund me when they received the items. I again said no, and they countered with “final offer” of 60% because they consider that fair for both parties involved. I again said no and now it’s been silence. So basically I was scammed big time and am stuck with junk I cannot use while they received full payment along with a shipping insurance charge they had added at checkout. I am at a loss of where to go or what to do to get this righted. Wat h when you order on tik tok and be sure when you click the link to purchase it isn’t a bait and switch situation like this… I reported to tik tok but because it was not purchased through tik tok but the link that was binxte they have no record of anything and have been of no help to me leaving my comm complaint ticket open for a month now.
