I was in chat talking to a few non paid members and someone brought up he was getting attacked by the site in some way and the mod told him to prove it and screen shot quite rudely in my opinion, and I asked him "shouldn't you also report this?" And said he can't without proof for their tech team o.O and was clearly bothered by my questions as I said well isn't that kind of serious? Why would you need a screen shot of something they can easily run scans and tests for as that would be their job? Then others started being rude to this guy and they always just kind of sound generic, I've been on the site while even tho my lvl doesn't reflect that, so they probably thought I was newer but I'm doubting they where actual players. But Anyways I pointed out that they where being pretty rude to someone who is bringing up a security risk in chat (as he said the on-site live support wasn't working earlier) and I guess I did say you guys are being a holes but that they started ripping on this guy more. Needless to say the mod muted/I'm not sure if I am gunna get banned but yeah muted me. In my mind if someone is bringing something up like this it would be urgent in my mind to let the team know so they can get to the bottom of it, not ridicule this guy that had techs on his side of things saying this something about malware attack and sniffing his ports. I found this very strange, and as it says above yes has some pretty scammy practices like the max button always being so close to your lower the bet button either or its a set up for you to miss click I have definitely asked a few times to change that in the suggestion box, you can not change your seed for anything, the RTB has to be false, literally defended this site onetime while a rich VIP dude ripped into a mod on the drop telegram, kinda wish I didn't. As I didn't realize how bad the odds really where till I actually spent money, with a bonus they never gave me even tho it was on and I sent over the amount, instead of turning it on they said I can withdraw and try again and implied I messed it up when I know I didn't so I would have had to pay fees to do that, and after saying ahh it's okay without the bonus, I proceeded to play a slots and I've played scam casino slots and I've played good ones and It was the worst I've ever played and well 30$ isn't alot but it's alot of 20 cent rolls and it bassically ate it, you can build on the site but eventually you hit such a losing Streak its like uhhh and I mean you can put it to 0.000000001 on any currency use martingale and its gone when your on 50/50 anywhere really, the crash when I've had a decent balance has crashed asoon as I pressed the stop button but not like a time or 2 like atleast 4 times in 1 sitting that ending up busting me, I didn't think anything of it at the time but how did I just happen to press stop within milliseconds more times then I can count on my hands? Maybe that's me and I'm tripping but with all of these things and finding out the team has holdings of the token and a good sized one is somewhat alarming and is a huge red flag in New tokens that hit the exchanges, because it can lead to a rug pull scenario from my understanding, its always bad when the owner profits too much from mints and holds a large quantity in stuff like this. I really did like the website and was pretty good about being in the telegram groups, I helped quite a few people that would message me asking questions. So about the crypto airdrop, I feel like they lured in people and even let people by their own tos shouldn't be using the site as they are in restricted countries and the mods on telegram didn't mute them or say anything at all, like clearly this guy is Russian then they are from Iran or parts of Africa, some of these people as I said earlier would message me asking because I knew what was going on as I had read the full TOS, I also on a few occasions and different mods at that not shoot down the use of vpns when asked or told from the user something VPN related. In the tos it is forbidden and forfeits your drop reward as it breaks 2 if the rules. That's when the gears in my head started turning, as I found that very strange. They are mods they should know the TOS they bring up 1000x times in a day. I felt at that point that they are using this to their advantage because a very good chunk of the users that are helping spread betfury are automatically shafted from earning, so if I can tell hey this person is definitely not aloud on the site then they should definitely be able to know as well, user info n such. So that didn't sit right with me, so I starting pasting the tos part of country exclusion and VPN use for people to see after that they were a bit rude, I am not accusing them of anything, but the mod not saying no to vpns and bassically saying if you want to then go ahead was so messed up, then after putting time and effort in to this drop, (sharing it, I downloaded telegram strictly for it, claiming, taking part in challenges all that stuff) They suddenly switched from it being an airdrop to it being mandatory to have 35k points wagered I believe I'm not sure how much that is, to even claim the farm dealio they have, which is betfury token in mini game and in the farm, then it went to nada even in the mini game. I understand I accept that right they have In tos to change it how they please but that in its self is alarming along with allowing people in restricted geos to be part of it. Like it's been awhile of doing that daily so just to have that taken and being forced into betting on the casino. And they try and come off lime this is beneficial to the users? I have asked recently if the requirements at the end will be to have bet a certain amount before being a le to claim and I don't need to hear the answer because I feel like the answer to that. Just alot of it doesn't add up from rtb, the lack of options with your unchangeable seed, max button, insane losses in a row at even even odds. I wish I wasn't even writing this as I said MONTHS AGO I was a strong supporter of the drop and of the site. But out of all of it tonight was very alarming, as I feel if someone is almost a tech with techs behind him saying your getting attacked from the site, they should take it seriously as they have a lot of people's info on site? But them just treating him that way bassically laughing and remarks like why you here then n stuff like that, obviously because they have lost money 😆 or they like the casino and accept the odds like I did at the beginning. The guy literally said I can't message live support. Before saying what he was saying, he wasn't even swearing, I did so oops but to me it's serious as my ID and info is on site, and yeah it's odd. That mod who muted me can jog on tho, I definatly think I am screwed on the airdrop now and I am rank 300ish on my clan even tho I haven't reached the requirement for wagering they sprung out of nowhere. As I said before lots of the people that took part in this wasted their time. Betfury token has more utility (staking/lending) so they slowly brought people in to spread to create hype as alot of it would be free due to Tos rules, then shift it from an airdrop to a gambling reward. Sorry typing this long comment but I was very put off by this incident. I see no comments so maybe this might help you rate them. I'm just clueless as to why they treated him that way, I get muted for asking a legitimate question as an attack could have my data exposed and others. Who knows, and this is my opinion based off my experience on the site and being a very active member in there telegram and in no am making any accusations, I just feel some of these issues I have had should be shared with people. They deserve the 1 star for not taking a potential threat seriously. If he was just some idiot ranting, I would understand but the guy tried live support that apparently wasn't working before saying and asking what was going on. Thank you
