Very poor information on how to use this system. Totally confused. What is a “wireless visual earpick”. And how is it to be used?

I found the information on how to use the device very limited. I thought it didn't work and was ready to give it back until I figured our how to use the headset. And it worked! I have used it now for less than a week and have noticed a good difference. I can hear whispers better and my hearing aids are too loud. I am excited for the future - no more "Sorry, what?"

I did not get the promised booklet telling me how to make the headset works. Thank goodness I gave it another chance.

Zero score - scam - sent bogus tracking number - email asked for a better tracking number - they gave me one showed it never shipped. I must be desperate for hearing help to have fallen for this.

This is an apology - literally 5 minutes after I wrote a scathing review, the item showed up. I have no idea if they work, but I am going to give them a fair shot. I wish tracking info had of been provided earlier and correctly, but regardless, they are here and I am less angry. Sorry Aurivo.us.

The red light therapy unit only worked one time then one light quit working. I send several emails and their contact website doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY THEIR REFUND POLICY IS FAKE!!
