I also got deceived by the Atlantic-comium platform. The financier kept persuading me to deposit more dollars even though I said I didn't have much cash available. One day, because I refused to deposit a higher amount, the financier sent me somewhere (to hell), and the next day, as if nothing had happened, he spoke in a mild and kind tone. He offered to arrange a brokerage credit, saying that if things didn't work out, he would pay for it himself. After allegedly turning a profit from 2000 USD to 32000 USD within 24 hours, he demanded that I pay the brokerage credit (5000 USD) to unlock the account, stating that there was an option to withdraw the profit by transferring it to my account. When I explained that I didn't have the requested funds available, threats began along with several days of calls, which continue incessantly even though I've blocked the numbers, as they originate from Slovakia (apparently they have plenty of phone numbers).

I was, unfortunately, taken in by a slick investment opportunity. While nowhere in the app does it say altantic-comium.org, the meal is atlantic-comium.tech. I paid $160 US into the app. Through multiple phone calls, my "advisor" Frank Williams (I doubt it's his real name). I should have known when the calls seem to come from all over the US and Canada, never the same number. I changed my mind after about a week and was subjected to multiple phone calls demanding I give a reason, my changing my mind was not enough, I found I could withdraw funds from the investment account, but then it just shows up in the Main account, I have emailed repeatedly asking for my funds to be returned to me. No luck. Has anyone been able to get any money back from this?

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file a criminal complaint, as I believe I have become the victim of an investment fraud (romance scam + cybertrading). On June 30, 2024, I met a woman from Belarus on Facebook. We started chatting and she quickly showed romantic interest. Eventually, she convinced me to start online trading. Her reasoning was that she wanted to go on a trip with me to luxury hotels and did not want to pay for it alone. I followed her advice and registered on a platform called “Atlantic-Comium”. There, I had almost daily video or phone meetings with an alleged analyst. At first, I transferred €200, then she asked me to deposit at least €1,000. Over time, my trust grew and I invested a total of about €6,600. The deposits were made through the crypto exchanges Bybit and Kraken (I have receipts and transaction IDs as evidence). Afterwards, I was asked to open a larger position, which supposedly could earn me €20,000. However, for this I was told to provide a budget of €20,000. I only had about €13,600. I agreed and signed an “agreement”. Only later did I realize that the document stated that I could not withdraw my balance until the alleged loan was fully covered. Later, a man claiming to be from the “Financial Department” contacted me and told me that I should expect sanctions if I did not continue paying. Due to these circumstances, I strongly suspect that “Atlantic-Comium” is a fraudulent company. I have secured the following evidence: Revolut account statements with payments to Bybit and Kraken Blockchain transactions (TxID) Written communications (chats with the alleged analyst, phone numbers, emails) The signed agreement/contract I kindly request that investigations be initiated and that possible international cooperation (e.g. with the FCA in the United Kingdom) be considered, since the company claims to be based there.
