It's a SCAM. I fell prey of their scam through What's app. I sold 1 NFT, then it went in a loop of asking me to invest more by inventing creative ways to keep me hooked. First to verify my account, then to have a balance outstanding in my account so i could trade, then they pushed my NFTs to market without my permission and sold 5 together. The total sum reached over 25K USD and this triggered a "VAT payment" which for some reason is required of me to pay in advance. When finally getting to the sum required to clear this, i was simply blocked without a reason. Now i can only see the sum in my account but i can't do anything with it. No Customer Support (it's a shitty chat bot) no ways of contacting the page, no ticketing system, no legal way of filing a claim. Don't fall for it same as me!
