The apex and www return HTTP 200 with an Adaptive Security educational landing page. Adaptive’s official simulation-domain inventory lists this exact domain. The public routing bundle is identical across the five reviewed domains: it can fetch a user and campaign scenario, load scenario-specific HTML into an iframe and record named simulation-interaction events; on missing context it displays the educational page. The event name CREDENTIALS_ENTERED does not itself establish transmission of a real password. No recipient-specific campaign URL was supplied, and the live scenario, its input handling and final destination were not observed. No current credential theft, malicious download or deceptive public-root redirect was reproduced. The root page and inventory establish useful context, not the safety or authorization of every configured campaign.
