Antoine is very much a scam. It is nothing more than a China based company acting as an upscale supplier. Women’s clothing and shoes are shipped from China and are nothing like described on their website. Sweaters advertised as cashmere are not and arrive with the material description / washing instructions tag sloppily cut out. Obviously to hide the fact that it’s NOT cashmere. Shoes that are described as orthopedic have zero support, no arch or heel cup at all.

While website states easy free returns with prepaid postage being provided upon request for a return, when contacted they offer you 15% off purchased merchandise and tell you to keep what you clearly don’t want or can’t even use. If you insist on a refund, they tell you that it will cost between $40. and $50. for return postage depending on where you’re located. When you point out that original postage was only $4.99 , they claim it’s because that price was to ship it from the US location but you now need to return it to their original distribution facility in China. However the tracking site that you receive when your order ships states that the order is shipping from China. This transaction has been 100% deception and fraud once they have your money. They refuse to even acknowledge what was stated as far as returns and postage on the website despite the fact that I included screenshots in my correspondence with them.

Avoid doing business with Antoine Bellier at all cost!
